What type of information do I collect?
I collect a variety of information from my wonderful clients (you)! Due to the nature of my consultations, your privacy and information is very important to me. I receive, collect and store the information you enter on my website. This also includes any information you send me by other means.
I collect personally identifiable information so I can carry out consultations, provide advice, help you and support you. This includes your name, email, phone number, location (only that which you provide I do not have location tracking) and any other information you provide. When you pay for a consultation this includes all your payment card details.
I may also collect a Testimonial from you with your consent, that may or may not be displayed publicly.
How do I collect information?
Information is collected only when you choose to contact me through the website, email, phone (call and text) or Skype. When you book and pay for a service, more information is collected so the consultation can be carried out at our scheduled time.
Why do I collect such personal information?
Obviously for a consultation I have to collect personal information. However, information may also be collected for these reasons:
To provide you with ongoing assistance and support;
To be able to contact you at a later date for any reason;
To send you any promotional or informative marketing about my services or what I offer;
To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.
How do I store, use, share and disclose site visitors personal information?
I personally will never share or disclose any personal information without prior written consent. I store messages and consultation information (see above) to be able to contact you again at a later date.
My business is also hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides me with the online platform that allows me to offer my services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
My website specifically uses the Stripe payment gateway. However, all direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by my business adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by my website and its service providers.
How do I communicate with site visitors?
I may contact you through email, phone or Skype regarding your consultation, discussions or advice I may have for you, to assist you with any website technical/booking problems you may have or be having, to ask for your opinion on certain things and to send you relevant updates about Wild Voices and what I do.
How can site visitors withdraw their consent?
You can always withdraw your consent to anything above at anytime. However, for my consultations to happen an information exchange is required. If contact or a booking was made by mistake and you don't want me to process or store your information anymore, please contact me at email@example.com
